Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing an AI PRENEUR Club membership.

1. General Policy

By purchasing an AI PRENEUR Club membership, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI PRENEUR Club is a paid learning and implementation community that may provide access to live sessions, AI resources, recordings, templates, prompt libraries, workflows, community support, and other digital resources depending on your selected membership plan.

2. Membership Cancellation

Once payment has been successfully completed and membership is activated, the registration is considered confirmed.

A cancellation request does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds will only be considered under the eligibility conditions stated below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment for the same membership

Incorrect payment caused by a technical error

Payment deducted but membership access was not successfully activated

AI PRENEUR Club membership or a paid service is cancelled by IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited without providing a reasonable alternative

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Membership

AI PRENEUR Club membership is non-refundable once access has been provided.

No refund will be provided once a member has received access to any of the following:

AI PRENEUR Club community

Live AI sessions

Session recordings

Digital courses

Prompt libraries

Templates

AI workflows

Implementation frameworks

Downloadable resources

Learning platforms

Member-only content

Workshops or masterclasses

Other digital membership benefits

Failure to use or access available membership benefits does not qualify a member for a refund.

5. Missed Live Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled live session, workshop, implementation session, Q&A, or community event due to personal reasons will not qualify for a refund.

Where recordings or alternative sessions are available, access may be provided according to the applicable membership plan and Company policy.

The Company does not guarantee replacement sessions for every missed session.

6. Membership Transfer

AI PRENEUR Club memberships are intended for the registered member and are generally non-transferable.

Requests for exceptional transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require written approval from IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited.

The Company reserves the final right to approve or decline any transfer request.

7. Cancellation by IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited

If IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited cancels a paid membership service or program without providing a suitable alternative, eligible members may be offered one of the following:

Transfer to an alternative eligible program or membership

Credit towards another eligible IntegrityWorld program

Refund of the eligible amount paid for the cancelled service

Any approved refund will not include incidental or indirect expenses incurred by the member.

8. Third-Party AI Tools

AI PRENEUR Club may demonstrate or use third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other tools.

Refunds will not be provided because of:

Third-party platform outages

Feature changes

Pricing changes

Policy changes

Tool discontinuation

Account restrictions

Changes to free or paid plans

Temporary technical problems with third-party platforms

Third-party platforms operate independently and are not controlled by IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited.

9. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for technical problems arising from a member's:

Internet connection

Computer or mobile device

Browser

Software

Hardware

Third-party accounts

Incorrect login information

Members are responsible for maintaining the technical setup necessary to access the Club.

10. Refund Request Procedure

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official support email within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

The request should include:

Full Name

Registered Email Address

Mobile Number

Payment Reference Number

Date of Payment

Membership Plan

Reason for Refund Request

The Company may request additional information or supporting documents before approving a refund.

11. Refund Processing Timeline

7 to 15 Business Days

Once an eligible refund has been reviewed and approved, it will normally be processed within 7 to 15 business days.

The actual time required for the amount to appear in the member's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or other payment service.

12. Membership Renewal

Where membership renewal is offered, members are responsible for reviewing the applicable renewal price, duration, and benefits before completing the renewal.

Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed and renewed membership access has been provided, the same non-refundable conditions described in this Policy will apply.

13. Chargebacks

Members are encouraged to contact IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks initiated after receiving access to AI PRENEUR Club services or digital resources may result in suspension or termination of membership and other action permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

IntegrityWorld Tech Private Limited reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when required.

Any changes will be published on the relevant website with an updated Last Updated date.

Changes will be applied subject to applicable law and will not retrospectively remove rights that a member is legally entitled to.
